Baysic Bathroom

You asked for it & now we delivered! Baysic Bathroom is an add-on set for the Baysic set by Felixandre & Harrie. This set of 28 items for the bathroom is the perfect addition to the original Baysic set and now takes the total of Baysic to a massive 119 items. If you haven’t done already you can get the first addition of the Baysic set HERE

Highlights of the set include: The new matching tile walls & floor, one of the most frequently requested items; a new bathtub/shower combo, plus stacking toilet roll! Oh and a toilet, because not even EA could add in too many toilets right?!

Of course all the same matching wood tones & colour palette from previous sets, plus all brand new and original textures and meshes were created for this set, so no EA items were harmed in the making of this set 😋

99.9% of the items are Base Game compatible, however the freestanding shower requires the Discover University EP to be fully functional. If you don’t own that pack the item will still place in game, but be purely decorative.

You can find the majority of the items in the build/buy catalogue by searching BAYSIC, but as the set includes a wallpaper & floor you’ll need to hunt for those in the traditional way.

The Coastal Collection - Part One

Happy Friday Everyone!

I’m super excited to be able to share the first part of the Coastal Collection with you all. This has been an absolute labour of love over the course of January to get this first set completed. Never before have I had so many ideas that I wanted to fit into a set & although I couldn’t fit it all into this month I can safely say that there are many more months to come with the set, so I can keep ticking more and more items off the list.

This first month focuses on build items, however there will be a 2nd part to the build items coming next month along with activities for the garden. There are also plans for of course a kitchen, but also a kids set to add to the much anticipated infant patch & new EP releasing in March.

I usually list out all of the items included in the set individually, but there are 55 items and we would be here all week!

In summary the set includes:

22 Windows (Georgian, craftsman & cottage styles)
24 Doors (front doors, cottage doors, French doors, interior doors & archways)
6 Shutters (3 heights, left & right options)
3 Window Boxes (1, 2 & 3 tiles wide)

Let me introduce you to CHATEAU Part 2, a 37-item set for your Chateaus entrance and hallways.

An area that I was always longing to have more items for was a 'grand foyer'. I simply wanted to have proper french stairs but was too afraid of trying out creating them. I pulled myself together and made the stairs plus additional pieces such as curved landings and suitable french fence and railing pieces. Now that I made stone stairs, in the future I will also create a wooden one, the possibilities are endless :D.

Another Area I haven't touched for quite some time is proper historical pieces, but a chateau set can't live without them. I sat down and created a Lous XV console table as a full and quarter version ( actually I found a console table at Hotel de la Marine in Paris and had to recreate it with a twist and incorporated a Plumbob) and a Rococo Mirror inspired by an original from Athena Calderone's apartment. The Mirror comes in three height options. I also made a hanging light and a wall sconce. Two additional items that are less historic but more rustic are a round table, perfect for giant bouquet displays, and a potted Fiddle Leaf tree :)

In this month's set, you will also find a classic Parisian wooden floor, a black and white stone floor, and wallpaper with handpainted patterns( Which I created myself from scratch). I also didn't want to miss out on interior doors :)

The Coastal Collection - Part Two

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Its been a labour of love during the shorter month of February, but I’m excited to finally be able to share the second instalment of the Coastal Collection! This part focuses in on the Coastal outdoors. There were so many build items that I wanted to include in part one, that I actually decided to dedicate an entire extra month to get all the items on the original list…I still didn’t achieve the goal, but I came pretty close!

The highlight of the month for me was the creation of the playhouse. It took 5 days to complete from start to finish, but I was so happy with the end result and its just one of those once in a lifetime items that shall never be repeated again, so its worth putting all that effort into.

There are quite a few items that do have pack requirements this month as there are mostly activity items for you toddlers, kids and soon to be introduced infants. The Sand Pit works just like a rug and can be placed anywhere you wish. Sand can be painted on the terrain to add the functionality of a real sand pit if you own the Island Living EP or if you only have Base Game it can be a great decorative piece for story telling. The Playhouse requires Dream Home Decorator as it works just like the play tent that was introduced in that pack. Lastly the Fire Pit requires Outdoor Retreat for full functionality.

The time has finally arrived, its kitchen month..or should I say kitchen month part 1! There were just so many more items that I want to add into this kitchen that I’ve decided to roll the concept over into a second month and include the appliances I couldn’t fit into this first part along with furniture for the dining room.

But back to this month…
